The Connecticut Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is a network of business advisors working in communities across the state to provide entrepreneurs or small business owners with the resources they need to start and sustain a business.

Minority Construction Council (MCC) is a non-profit organization with a mission to advocate, support and create development opportunities for minority contractors throughout the State of Connecticut. MCC creates opportunities for minority contractors through advocacy, development and partnerships.
